Mercy is an accomplished trained teacher and a career education facilitator with over 20 years of work experience. She is a co-founder of Edu Worldwide Career Consulting firm. She started career counselling in 1997 to address the problem of insufficient career information, poor career guidance in schools and little information on job market. She has organized career fairs, Graduate Employability Conferences, national career dialogues, career talks among others; and received several awards and recognition in career guidance works. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Moi University (1989-1992), a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management examined by Kenya National Examinations Council (2001), a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Africa International University (AIU) (2013-2015), a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Africa International University (2016), and has completed a PHD in Education specializing in curriculum development and Instruction at AIU in 2020.
