Fidelis is an experienced teacher and education leader with a passion for education and leadership development. She has a diverse background in program design, implementation, and management focusing on education and leadership development. She has successfully designed, implemented, and managed a mentorship program for high school students in the Equity Bank Wings to Fly and the Ministry of Education Elimu scholarship programs, providing invaluable guidance and support to students as they navigate their educational and career paths.

Beyond her professional achievements, she actively contributes to community initiatives. She served as a member of the advisory board for the Mshauri Youth Empowerment Program which received recognition and funding from the Resolution Project to run a project for the undeserved in Kibira. Besides, she has co-founded Ami Life-Coach Solutions, an organization focused on providing life skills, career guidance, and counseling to students. Through this initiative, Fidelis is committed to equipping young individuals with the necessary tools to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

She holds a Master of Arts degree, Bachelor of Education degree and a diploma in Human Resource Management. Currently she is undertaking a Master of Public Policy Administration degree and a diploma in Career Guidance and Development.
